This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the psychologist Artem (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) may obtain about the User while using the website and applying for psychological help.
Use of the website implies unconditional agreement of the User with this Policy and the conditions for processing their personal data specified therein. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Policy, the User should refrain from using the website and sending personal data.

Information obtained during psychological work is not used for marketing or other commercial purposes.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
The Operator processes the User's personal data on the basis of:
- Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data";
- The User's consent to the processing of personal data;
- Contractual relations arising between the Operator and the User.
7. Procedure and Conditions for Processing
Processing of personal data is carried out using automation tools (website, email, messengers) and without their use (telephone conversations, face-to-face meetings).
The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
8. Storage Periods and Data Destruction
Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes, or for the period established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Upon achievement of the processing purposes or upon the User's request, the data is subject to destruction or depersonalization.
9. Rights of the Personal Data Subject
The User has the right to:
- Receive information about the processing of their personal data;
- Require clarification, blocking or destruction of their personal data;
- Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- Appeal the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or in court.
10. Transfer of Data to Third Parties
The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases where this is necessary for the provision of services (for example, the use of payment systems for online payment) or provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
To send requests through the form on the website, a third-party service Google Forms (Google LLC) is used. Data transmitted through the form is processed in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
11. Cookies and Analytics
The website does not use third-party analytics systems (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika) and does not place advertising cookies. Technical cookies are used only for the correct operation of the website (for example, remembering the menu state).

The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. The new version comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website. The User undertakes to independently monitor changes to the Policy.
